All new Google AdSense Interface

When i was checking my emails, I had a mail from Google Adsense with subject "New AdSense interface enabled for your account". Though I have an adsense account since 2008, i haven't earned much in that. So, i did not want to look into this mail but the subject line caught me the attention. So, I wanted to check the new adsense interface. You need to do the following if you want to check out the new adsense interface.

Login to your Adsense account.

At the upper right hand corner of your account, you have a link ""Try the new AdSense interface beta". Click it and you are done. The new adsense interface is enabled for you.

The new interface is quick and easy to navigate. You can browse through your adsense accout, detailed earnings month by month, add remove ads, view performance data etc.

If you want to switch back to the old interface, you can switch back to it anytime by clicking the "Return to Old AdSense interface" found at the upper right hand side of your Google AdSense account page.

Another blog under my name – Rare Reviews of Everything

Although we say that internet has everything we need, it isn’t true always. I myself have experienced it and was could not find few information which I needed desperately. For example, I wanted to buy a low end mobile from a non-reputed company but I couldn’t find the reviews of that mobile and also the stores/dealers for that mobile. Also, during this festival season, when everyone was looking for offers and discounts everywhere, I couldn’t find a one stop place to find the complete package of information for shopping. So, I thought why don’t I start a blog which could give others at least a basic guide to shopping, offers, deals, reviews etc. I have started this new blog Rare Reviews of Everything to share the information I get with the world. So guys if you need to get some information, tips, reviews, offers on shopping, do check out this blog – Rare Reviews of Everything

Google Wave Tips and Tricks - Part 1

Adding a picture

Go into Googlemail settings, and on the General tab, set a picture under "My picture".

Adding people to a wave

Just drag them from your contacts into the list of recipients at the top of the wave.

Getting the best from Wave

There seem to be lots of ideas about this, and a wave-etiquet is starting to form.

Some of the latest are:

--> Don't add a bot or gadget to a public wave unless you are the owner.
--> Don't use Wave with IE because Microsoft have not yet implemented the de-facto standards in their browser.
--> Use Google Chrome instead of Firefox whilst the development team are working on the bugs (They test it properly on Chrome).

Stop getting updates

This can be a problem when you have browsed a number of Public Waves. Simply press "Unfollow".

To make a wave public
Add the following contact to your wave:

easypublic@appspot.com

Web-article on setting up Apache server on Linux

Linux servers. Nowadays, if i hear this word, i go mad. There are two reasons why a person goes mad. One, obviously a girl and the second one, the problems he faced on a subject. In my case, its the second reason. Yes, I faced a lot of problems in maintaining Linux servers. I have been working on servers on Linux platform and have been facing problems right from the day i started to work on them. The frequent problem which i get is the Java:Out of Memory error. The only solution for this problem is to restart the servers. I did not like this solution and decided to set up a new server. I planned to go for Apache Server, but i did not know how to set up an Apache server in linux server. When i was looking for solutions, i found a web-article on setting up web server on apache. It was too good for a beginner to follow. The procedure was explained in easy english and step by step. I followed the steps and voila i have set up my own server. I also found different other articles related to linux based servers. I bookmarked the site for future reference. Another feature of the site that caught my attention was the latest articles posted on the site which were updated frequently. I decided to keep an eye over this section so that i will not miss out the latest web-articles on the Linux servers.

Bajaj Pulsar 135 Light Sports - Review

For the first time in Pulsar’s history the CC has decreased. Yes, I am talking about the new Bajaj Pulsar 135. After the success of Bajaj Discover 100 cc, the Indian Bike Giant has decided to decrease the CC of its top brand Pulsar this time. Will this new bike keep up the name of the brand and the Pulsar? Lets see that in this review.
STYLE :

The Pulsar 135 comes with a description LS ( Light Sports ). The Mudguard is completely black and the five spoke alloy wheels gives the bike a classy look. The bike has a naked look. The head lights look kind of Fazer’s head light but the black and red combination fairing covers it and it looks classy. The headlights are powered with DC battery and so they work even when the bike is off.
It has an analog tachometer and a digital speedometer. Like Pulsar 150, this bike also has back-lit switches and double horn. The tank scoop and rubber pad on the tank are looking good. The split seats, LED Back lights, alloy footrest, alloy number plates also grabs attention of youngsters.

ENGINE & PERFORMANCE :

The Pulsar 135 has all new 4 stroke, 4 valve engine. This is a new engine when compared to the 2 valve engine of the existing pulsars. 134.66cc engine is capable of producing 13.5 bhp. The engine is amazingly smooth and this makes even the sudden acceleration sound smooth in the engine. You can feel the vibrations when you cross 100 kmhr speed. The weight of the bike is 122 kgs. Performance wise the bike is nearly equal to Pulsar 150. It reaches 0-60 km in 5.16 seconds and 0-100 km in 23.26 seconds. Top speed of this bike is 108 Kmph.

HANDLING & BRAKING :

The front suspension is telescopic fork and the back suspension is gas charged suspension. Being a light weight vehicle, it is easy to ride in city traffic. Though the riding position is more like a sports bike, it is still easy to drive in city conditions. The fron 240 mm disc brake is powerful. You can stop within 16.7 meters riding at 60 Kmph.

MILEAGE :

Now comes the important part, Mileage. This bike is designed to fetch the maximum mileage of its class. As per the pre test results the bike gives 52 Kmpl in city conditions and 55 kmpl in highways. Considering this mileage, i feel that it is pretty good. May be the real mileage will be known from user reviews.

So, guys here is the review which i read in one of the local magazines. If you guys decide to buy Pulsar 135 after reading this review, do post your comments of this bike over here and especially about the mileage.
